How do I get an OLLU Alumni ID?
Visit the Assessment Center located in the Walter Center basement to have an alumni card printed in just minutes or email us at alumni@ollusa.edu to request one. Please email us your First and Last Name and the most recent OLLU degree earned.
Can Alumni get a Parking Permit?
Absolutely! Visit the OLLU Alumni House located on Durango St next to St. Martin Hall and fill out your Alumni Parking Permit Request. We will need a copy of your Drivers License and Insurance Card. You will also need to know your vehicle’s VIN number and License Plate. Call us at 210-431-3985 for more information.
Are the Library resources available for alumni?
Of course! You must have an OLLU Alumni ID when visiting the library. Visit the Sueltenfuss Library website or call 210-431-3923 and join us in reading your favorite book.
Are the Computer Labs available for alumni?
Yes! You may visit the computer labs located in the Sueltenfuss Library. Ask the Check Out desk for the Alumni username and password.
Can alumni use the work out facilities in the UWAC?
Absolutely. You must have an OLLU Alumni ID when using the facilities. Visit the Campus Recreation Facilities website or call 210-431-3979 for UWAC hours.
What events are happening on campus?

When are Masses held?
During the academic year, Masses are celebrated on Sundays at 7p.m. in Sacred Heart Chapel. Visit Campus Ministry or call at 210-431-3973 for additional information.

How can I get my transcripts sent to another school or order a duplicate diploma?
Easy. Visit the Registrar’s Office or call 210-431-3959 and we’ll send them to you.
What scholarships are available for alumni?
A lot. Call 210-431-3960 or visit the Financial Aid Office and we’ll get you a list. You may also be eligible for the OLLU Alumni Scholarship or call us at 210-431-3985.
Is the pool in the International Folk Culture Center open to Alumni?
Yes. Call 210-431-3979 or visit the Campus Recreation Facilities website and get the hours.
