Transcripts
Transcripts are a comprehensive record of a student's academic progress, including transferred undergraduate-level courses, credit earned by exam and degrees awarded.
Since transcripts contain confidential information, they are released in accordance with the Family Educational Rights Act of 1974 (FERPA). As such, they can only be released with the student's written authorization and signature.
Official transcripts include the University seal and the signature of the Registrar. There is a $5 charge per transcript requested. Payment is due upon request.

Replacement Diploma
Replacement diplomas are available through the Registrar's Office. There is a $50 re-order fee for a duplicate diploma. Diplomas can be mailed or picked up from the Registrar's Office.

- Financial Coaching - work with coaches to better understand different loan repayment options and select the one that best aligns with your situation to avoid student loan default, understand your current spending habits and financial circumstances and get help with effective money management. Additionally, coaches can assist with creating budgets that reflect your needs and save for and more effectively deal with financial emergencies.
- Financial Education - get use of Trellis' various financial education programs including its online learning system and virtual financial coaching.
- Default Prevention Services - Trellis provides support to borrowers in successfully navigating the repayment process.
